Please review our tuition policy and terms before enrolling. By scheduling a course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Tuition Policy

Tuition is due with your application. You will not receive enrollment confirmation until tuition is received.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • 4+ weeksCancel four (4) weeks or more prior to the first class: 90% refund, less any credit/debit card or ACH fees.
  • 1 weekCancel one (1) week prior to the first class: 50% refund, less any credit/debit card or ACH fees.
  • < 1 weekCancel with less than one (1) week notice: No refund will be issued.

Warranty Disclaimer

Any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, as to Westwood Academy's products, other than any express written warranties given at the time of purchase of the product, are expressly disclaimed.

The applicant shall have no remedy against Westwood Academy for incidental, consequential, or special damages and the sole and exclusive remedy for any damages shall be a return of the goods and repayment of the tuition purchase price.

Miscellaneous Terms

No owner, officer, or manager of Westwood Academy shall be personally liable for the performance of Westwood Academy's obligations under this Agreement.

The parties hereto shall and they hereby do waive, where permitted by law, trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim brought by any of the parties hereto against the other in any matters whatsoever arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall not be varied by an oral agreement or representation or by anything other than an instrument in writing of a subsequent date hereto, executed by both parties by their duly authorized representatives.

In the event any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unlawful, then the same shall be struck from this Agreement and all other provisions shall remain valid and in full effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Each party hereby agrees to jurisdiction and venue in Frederick County, Maryland for all disputes and litigation arising under or relating to this Agreement.

By scheduling a course with Westwood Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to all terms set forth above.
